Winter to Summer Solstice

Description

This photo took 6 months, one single exposure taken with a pinhole camera sitting on the powerpole on my roof. We put it up on December 21, 2022 on the winter solstice, and took it down today (June 21, 2023). Every white line is the path the sun took every day for the 6 months. All the dark areas were when it was cloudy...quite a bit the first couple months. The sun rises further to the north every day, which is to the right in this picture. I'm at latitude 34 degrees, in Phoenix, AZ.  I blended-in a regular dslr panorama shot of the foreground I took the day I put the camera up.
