Description

As my "backyard" (roof garden, actually) is located under Bortle 7 skies (and growing brighter every day), taking pure RGB gives terrible gradients and doesn't allow to go deep into the nebula. This work is a palette I've been adapting lately, which is basically narrowband RGB made with Ha and S2 channels for Red, G with O3 for Green and O3 for Blue. The problem, as I see it, with traditional HOO palette is it's bicolor nature, because of which the stars stay only red and blue, no yellow. Bringing G into equation gives back the yellow to the corresponding stars, while being only one broadband filter used, its gradients does not terrible affect the final result. If the gradients on G channel are very bad, one could use this data only for stars, but in my experience it is not necessary and I use this channel entirely.

Resulting palette is HS-GO-O. Weight coeficcients between channel components may vary. What one can also do is mis a little H or S to Green or Blue channels, if the original blend is weak at some point.
