Description

I have not observed this object.

I obtained the calibrated lights frames used to create the final image from Telescope Live. The frames were imaged by the CHI-1-CMOS Telescope at the El Sauce Observatory in Chile.

This object is normally observed in the infrared due to heavy obscuration by interstellar dust and proximity to the galactic center.

Distance: 21,855 LY
Type: Hub Globular
Position w.r.t. core of galaxy: In the hub of the Milky Way and near the center.
