Description

The famous double cluster of the Perseus constellation is a treat to watch even with a small binocular and is also visible with the naked eye. It is located in an extremely rich star field area of the Perseus constellation. These pair of clusters were first catalogued by Greek astronomer Hipparcos in 130 B.C. Both clusters contain mostly bluish white stars and few red giant stars.
