Description

Taken through my dual Samyang 135mm setup using both the ASI294MC and MM cameras.  The mono camera is a relatively new acquisition and so I do not have many narrowband filters. I have a penchant for Baader filters and have been waiting for some Ha, OIII and SII to become available! I have given up. So I brought the Baader Ha 35nm filter as a starting point. I could see the difference - a little. The last week I splashed out and bought the Astronomik 6nm Ha filter. Used it last week _WOW!!!! Big difference. Has made the nebulosity within the SMC pop out. Am currently working of a 2 Panel of the LMC with the same setup. Enjoy.
