Description

Messier 10, a nice sized globular cluster for average scopes.  It's a full 10 arc minutes across with a visual magnitude of 6.5.     One of many globulars in Ophiuchus.
I shot M10 in my backyard through a TEC180FL scope reduced to 960mm with an Astro-Physics TCC.   I used a one shot color camera, the ASI2600mc, to capture 3 hours of 2 minute frames and keep the core from over-exposing.   Everything was mounted on an Astro-Physics 1100 GTO with encoders and I used a sky model instead of guiding while imaging.
