Description

An hour before sunset I went up to a place where I thought I would be high enough having no houses or trees blocking the sight.

A couple hours later at about 2.40 a.m. I took the camera/objectives and drove to the place I mentioned.

I set up my Star Adventurer and hoped that I have enough time before the sky gets too bright.

I took exposures with three different focal lenghts for different FOVs with this one being the "widest" of all three, images with other focal lenghts will follow in the next few days.

It was just a magical moment seeing something like this the first time in my life. With the naked eye.

For this pic I was thinking about creating something different. I wanted to show this extremely wide field to show this lonely comet in relation to the ground and the sky (unfortuanetly I do not have a ball head so the picture looks like it's rotated).

8 images á 30s each at f/4 for sharper stars.
