Description

Fourth brightest comet in the sky ATM, just breaking 12th magnitude. 

Three nights of exposures, under varying conditions, shows the comet's motion over a 24 hour period, traveling at 500.36" /day. The 10th magnitude galaxy is NGC3310 in Ursa major.

Interestingly enough, C/2020 V2 ZTF is a whopping 3.8 AU from earth on these nights. Perihelion is projected to be in May 2023 @ 2.2 AU from the sun while MOID to earth will be @ 1.9 AU in September of 2023.
