A favorite target which just comes out lovely in SHO, but haven't shot since 2020. Really pleased with the colors coming out of this year's effort on my new 5" refractor.
18hrs total at unity gain with ASI294MM on the AT130 EDT at 910mm f/l.
5.5hrs each narrowband, and up to an hour each on the R-G-B to try to get the sharpest (R&G could do with some refinement yet, I think I had a focus issue).
Still learning to combine RGB stars with narrowband, this time using Arcsinh stretch in GHS. I skipped using Bill Blanshan's RGB Stars-to-Narrowband Transfer PixelMath, which I used last month, just doing a re-screening this time. Still experimenting.
Narrowband stretch was NOT Generalized Hyperbolic Stretch, but incredibly, just STF transferred using HT.
