Description

The jellyfish nebula is a galactic supernova remnant that lies roughly 5,000 light years from Earth. We believe the star that went supernova did so between 3,000 and 30,000 years ago. It's one of the most well studied supernova remnants.

The jellyfish nebula still remains in my top 5 for targets to shoot. It's just a cool looking target!
