Description

Here is information about SNR. A supernova remnant (SNR) is the remains of a star that has exploded as a supernova. The explosion releases a huge amount of energy, causing the star to become extremely bright for a short period of time. After the explosion, the remaining material from the star expands outward, forming a supernova remnant. These remnants can be observed in the form of glowing clouds of gas and dust, which is the case of Abell 85.

Abell 85 was the hardest challenge I had ever taken in Astrophotography.

The Full-Moon and my light polluted backyard did not help at all, but after several hours of processing, I've come to this result.

This is an HOO palette. The integration time is approximately 9 hours.
