Description

A field with many galaxies in the Ursa Major constellation, while four of them are very prominent, there are many in the background that are too small in this image.

On the right, we have two spiral galaxies NGC 3065 and NGC 3066, which seem to be neighbors, but the first is 94 million light years away while the latter is 138 million light years.

NGC 3027 is a barred spiral galaxy, located in the center of this image and 51 million light years from our planet Earth.

NGC 2985, to the left, is located at 70 million light years away.
