Description

IC1396 is a very large object in the sky, located in Cepheus. It is fairly close to us at 2,400 light years, and 100 light years across. It spans more than the width of 6 full moons in the sky! As a result, it is one of the most photographed nebulae on Astrobin.

I had to image this nebula again though, given my last try in 2019 was this:

I processed 2 versions - one with the green, and one without. I think I like the one with the green better.
