Description

Well, this image is better than I would have expected (thanks to the processing guidance of @Terry Hancock ), given the state of my acquisition data.  Guiding was pretty-much at or under .50 the whole night, but the biggest problem was a pinched mirror, which I have since taken care of.  Nevertheless, it does remain to be seen whether the optics on this recently acquired Meade SN10 (not a fan of diffraction spikes) will be able to produce better images, or not.  Too many flared stars on the original data, so I/we masked in stars from a wide field image I took last year with a Stellarvue 80mm APO.
