Description

This was a real challenge, having first evaluated here on Astrobin too, how difficult it is to capture both the Sh2-129 Nebula, but above all the weak O-III emission of Ou4. Even the set-up available was not the best considering having a CMOS OSC (Svbony 405 C) and above all a not particularly narrow filter like the Optolong L-Enhance.
Only patience was on my side: I thus accumulated by shooting remotely in seven nights of this month of August 2023, exactly 226 useful shots for seven minutes (a good 30% eliminated due to non-optimal driving of the Iexos 100 pcm taken to the limit). So it's 26.36 hours of L-Enhance and about 4.5 hours with UV/IR filter for the stars in RGB. All remotely from my private EL2 Observatory (Arezzo - Tuscany).
