Description

There are many photos of supernova SN2023ixf on Astrobin, here is mine.
The supernova is type II, so it is a supergiant that has used up its fusion material.
The brightness of SN2023ixf reached its maximum of 10.8 a few days after its discovery on May 19, 2023 and is now slowly decreasing. The exact course has been followed by amateur astronomers, among others, in a worldwide network:
Photometry of Type II Supernova SN 2023ixf with a Worldwide Citizen Science Network
I took my photos between May 26 and June 5, after maximum, when brightness was about 11.5.
