Description

Unfortunately it was pretty cloudy in Austin during the majority of the eclipse. But there was a brief opening right before totality and during totality. During that time I was able to get some good results from the Seestar. I let the Seestar track the eclipse and take a time lapse, taking a picture ever one second so I could enjoy the eclipse and totality with my own eyes (and eclipse glasses of course). Overall it was a surreal experience and seeing totality with my own eyes was breathtaking.

The second revision is the video of the time lapse I got from the Seestar, each frame in the video is an image one second apart. You will see in the video that it was pretty cloudy and even blocked some of totality but for the most part it was visible. Seeing the prominence with my own eyes was really a sight to behold.
