Description

Technically known as IC410 and located in the constellation Auriga, this emission nebula is home to a pair of streamers formed from denser, cooler gas and dust that are roughly 10 light-years long.⁣

We are star dust.⁣

Another lengthy project of mine, this image was created with data captured across 15 nights from early February to late March ‘22. The skies were so poor during this period that some nights only a few hours could be captured, with at least 25-30% of the data being thrown out due to clouds.

I added some RGB stars for good measure. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do!
