Description

NGC7822 - Cederblad 214 NGC 7822 is a young star forming complex in the constellation of Cepheus...
The complex encompasses the emission region designated (Sharpless 171), and the young cluster of stars named (Berkeley 59)...
The complex is believed to be some 3000 light years distance, with the younger components aged no more than a few million years....

I spent 3 nights in a row last week gathering Data on this target from my backyard using a multi-narrowband filter and a widefield refractor telescope....
When I'm out there 3 nights in a row, I become somewhat of a zombie, feeding off the stars, lol...
But, images like these are why astrophotography has a strong grip on my life and I hope it NEVER let's go! I love this hobby! Keep looking up!
