Description

A weekend with a very bright moon diverted me from my Galaxy quest (pun intended), as the moon completely destroyed my unfiltered galaxy sessions. Using a 9.25" SCT gives a great resolution for planetary nebulas, and using a Optolong L-eXtreme did the trick and I managed to get a few decent pictures of planetary nebulae.
I found this intriguing object while I was trying to find somethign as far away from the moon as possible, high in the sky.

Title: Cropped and rotated

Description: I read an article (https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/unrivaled-view-of-brilliant-planetary-nebula-ngc-2899/) about NGC 2899 that talked about the butterfly shape in its centre. I clearly spend more time processing than admire what I managed to image, because I didn't realise until I've rotated it that I saw this wonderful butterfly shape!
Well, it's rotated (and cropped) now. Much nicer.
