Description

NGC7023 is a reflection nebula in the Northern Skies which is irradiated by its central star. The distance from earth is about 1825 LJ and it was discovered by H.Herschel in 1794.
Interesting is also the fact, that its surroudings are full of dust which can be imaged pretty. A bit of a challenge is to image properly not only the dust but also the very bright center, but HDR makes it possible.
