Description

Can you point to the three largest galaxies in our local group of galaxies in this picture?
The Milky Way along with the Andromeda (also known as Messier 31) and Triangulum (also known as Messier 33) galaxies consist of three largest galaxies in our local group.

In 2012 data from the Hubble space telescope and  NASA/ESA computer simulation pointed out that these three galaxies are moving toward each other with mutual gravity while our universe
is expanding. Milky Way  is  destined to collide  with our largest and bigger neighbor Andromeda to form bigger elliptical galaxy from spiral galaxy in 4-6 billion years and then triangulum galaxy is
also theorized to orbit and later join.
