Description

Thin haze and 80% humidity. Only overcast would have been worse. Anyway, finally wanted to point the C8 at a galaxy (still without reducer). Almost all individual frames show ghost stars (revision B), probably because of the DSLR shutter shock in spite of 1 second delay set (or mount error, 120 sec at FL=2000mm is a lot), but stacked them anyway because I didn't have that many lights. The stars don't look that bad. Image is dithered and 10% cropped. No calibration applied.

On a positive note, the PHD2 (multi-star) autoguide graph was almost flat in spite of the small 30mm/120mm guide scope. Would have been a nice image without haze. Promising after all.
