Description

This is Mu Cephei, an extremely bright red supergiant in the constellation Cepheus. This star may be the largest star visible to the naked eye - it is roughly 2.4 billion miles across! If it replaced our Sun, it would extend beyond the orbit of Saturn.

The image as a very interesting FOV because this star is on the edge of IC 1396 nebula, so I wanted to get some Ha data to get that nice red nebula in the frame. In the end it took me only one night to get all data across RGBH filters.
