NGCs 6723, 6726, 6727, 6729, IC4812, dark nebula Bernes 157/Dunlop 559, HH 98 and HH 104 (Herbig-Haro objects - glowing gas arcs surrounding embryonic stars) in Corona Australis. ZWO Asiair, C11 @ f/2 with Hyperstar. ZWO ASI294MC Pro, 280 x 15 second exposures at -15 deg C and gain 120, guided although probably not necessary for these 15 sec exposures. ASIAIR, Astronomik IR/UV block filter. Overloaded Celestron AVX mount. Stacked with Astro Pixel Processor, processed in Pixinsight and Photoshop Elements. Captured from Katikati, New Zealand last night, with poor transparency at times, I think due to strands of smoke in the atmosphere from Australia's recent bush fires. Around 420 light years from us. A wonderful and very busy area of sky. A dense starfield, blue reflection nebulae, dark dust clouds, plus the HH objects, and the globular cluster NGC 6723.
