Description

M31 Andromeda galaxy, our neighbor, the closet spiral galaxy, 2.5 million light years away from Earth and is the other major member of the Local Group. Andromeda is about 260,000 LY wide, making it the largest galaxy in the Local Group, it is around 5 to 10 billion years old. Andromeda is visible to the naked eye but only when viewed in dark skies and ideally on a moonless night.

The image was taken from my Backyard in Vung Tau city, Vietnam, dark Sky quality Bortle 6. it took me 3 months from September to November to collect enough data for this image.
