Description

I've been very busy in the past weeks, but I was able to complete this project with my new setup.
I managed to have a dual setup, as far as here the clear nights are so seldom. So the only chance I had to improve the total amount of light was to get a 2x camera gear.
I choosed the Player One Ares-C Pro camera , and this is the First Light for it.
Also the first time I used the Zwo OAG. I also put a round diaphragm in front of the Tamron 150-600 (the lens I used as a second telescope) to get the round stars, without spikes, so it would be much more easy to merge the images later; the lens became at f/7.7 about, to over ride the natural diaphragm at f/6.3 at 600mm.
Here is the result of the different sessions: 13 hours of OIII and Ha, in combinations with 2 hours with 294Mc Pro on the Tamron 150-600 and Uv-Ir for the stars, and 4 hours and half with Idas D2 to get more deep colors.
The Ares-C Pro on the telescope and the 294Mc Pro on the Tamron 150-600 give me about the same pixel scale, which is amazing for me.
