Description

I have not really used ArcsinhStretch very often in the past, but with this image I felt that I needed to, to get the best colour from the stars. With the Ha data included, this is a HaRGB image. The other special aspect about this image is how low in the sky it was for me. I have never imaged at -17 degrees Dec before - I was stunned that I even could, but there is no way I can go lower. This is the limit! I was scraping the top of my neighbour's house, and I had to lose 10 frames because of another neighbour's tree was in the picture. Also, I only have a smallish area of sky before the object dips away beyond my imaging parameters. The good thing, however, was that the area of sky I imaged in, is by far my best zone for imaging - even though the object is low in it - my northerly and easterly direction is pretty appalling - this started around roughly south east. So, this was 1 hour in RGB [60 x 1 minute each], and 68 Has at 2 minutes each - this totals 3 hours and 16 minutes. Thanks everyone and I hope you are all ok...
