Description

VdB 133 is a small reflection nebula located in Cygnus. It is illuminated by 44Cyg, a binary star system composed of a main yellow supergiant star of magnitude 6 and a less luminous star of magnitude 10. The yellowish-white color of this star system is responsible for the atypical color of the nebula. It is surrounded by regions of ionized hydrogen called LBN 210, LBN 219 and LBN 226. I first composed the image in LRGB, but I was not able to capture the HII regions well. For this reason, I then added 210 minutes of shots in Ha to the red channel (H*0.6+R*p.4), lchieving a notable improvement in color.e improvement in color.
