Description

This was my best night ever considering seeing.

FWHM after stacking is about 0.8", which at this point is more limited by my camera - given the fact i'm at 0.35"/pixel - than by the sky
I honestly did not expect to get to that point ever from my sea-level location. I have to rethink my setup... i could probably get even more details with better sampling.

However, processing was also very hard. I don't have a lot of data ( July nights are short ) and i was looking for some way to get rid of those color artifacts around stars, using stacking algorithms with rejection, but i could not do anything about it. I'll try to solve that next time ;)

There is not many images of this object on the web, and i think this one brings a lot of interesting stuff. For example, i'm very happy that i got to resolve the little star inside the yellow cloud in the middle-right of the nebulae. I don't think this has been done before.
It reminds me a lot of a famous image taken by the JWST of a new-born star in the L1527 cloud... may it be the same kind of object ?

I hope you'll like it

Romain
