Description

My first try to create a Mosaic, 3 panels 2h each.
Andromeda (M31) is a  great spiral galaxy in the constellation Andromeda and is the nearest large galaxy to the Milky Way. The Galaxy is one of the few visible to the unaided eye, appering as a milky blur.
The Galaxy is surrounded by a massive halo of hot gas that is estimated to contain half the mass of the stars in the galaxy. It is located about 2,480,000 ligth-years from Earth. The Milky Way and the Andromeda galaxy are expected to collide in around 4-5  billon years, merging to potentially form a giant elliptical galaxy or a large lenticolar galaxy.
