Description

I had been struggling lately to get everything working. My biggest issue was back focus and sensor tilt. Then I had software issues. I was able to get most of that resolved when I started using ASIair. For the back focus, I read that to check the focal length instead of measuring and adjusting until it is the expected length. From there, very slight adjustments were needed.
The next challenge has been waiting for clear nights, most of which was when there was a full moon. It has been a year of patience. Then this month, the skies have been the clearest, and the nights are getting longer and colder. While good for imaging, not so good for me. I chose targets that would not make me have to adjust the dome throughout the night.

This is a five-panel mosaic (the 5th being the center) using the HSO pallette.
Each panel is 36 x 300 sec x 5 panels x 3 filters
