Description

This is an interesting looking Galaxy in Ursa Major. It is believed to be interacting gravitationally with near-by NGC 3729 causing the arms to be drawn out. Also in the photo near the bottom is the Hickson 56 group of five galaxies that are about 8 times farther away.

I acquired the data over five nights between Feb 6, 2022 and Feb 11, 2022.

The data set consists of:

L = 40 x 300s
R = 51 x 300s
G = 25 x 300s
B = 39 x 300s
