Description

This image was shot as if we were slighly outside of our milky way. The universe is basically empty. We could see only smudges (galaxies) in a black sky. No stars. And this was shot with a 20 inch telescope. With our own eyes the sky would be velvet black without anything but a smudge in Andromeda. This somewhat strange view of tthe universe can be easily experienced using a VR google with Universe Sandbox software.
