Description

IC 1318B and C "Butterfly Nebula" in Cygnus
An emission nebula of red glowing hydrogen gas near the bright star Gamma Cygnus (aka: Sadr) at the lower left.
Segment IC 1318C is at the bottom and IC1318B near the top.  IC 1318A is above-right and out of this field of view.
