Description

NGC 2841 lies 46 million light-years away in the constellation of Ursa Major and has a diameter of over 150,000 light-years.
It is a prototypical flocculent spiral galaxy, a type of spiral galaxy whose arms are patchy and discontinuous.

My process in Pixinsight :
Blink - SubframeSelector
(I had to throw away all my Luminance-data (2 hrs) as for one or the other reason the focus was way off)
WBPP
Dynamic crop on R,G and B
Gradient Correction on separate R,G and B
Channel Combination
DBE on RGB-image (as there were still gradients, worked in this case better than a second Gradient Correction)
SPCC
BlurXT
StarXT
NoiseXT on starless
Stretch starless
Curves on starless with range mask
Local Histogram Equalisation on starless
Stretch stars
Curves on stars
Combine stars and starless via Pixelmath (~((~Starless)*(~Stars)))
Add vibrance and watermark in Affinity Photo
