Description

To be honest, the image is just the result of a half-hearted attempt to get a higher frame rate with an ROI of 1024x768. In general, raw material is too dark. Looking back, I should have worked with a slightly higher gain and shorter exposure time. The fact that I edited the material at all is only thanks to the fact that I think this triangle of craters is quite nice.

Viewed clockwise, Wilhelm (105km) is at the top left, followed by Tycho (86 km) with its central mountains. The third of the triplet is Longomontanus (146km) with a remarkable depth of up to 4500m.

The image data are: Exposure 4.2ms, gain 173 (28%), fps 116 avg., 1189 frames out of 60000 (3x20000), Bit-Depth=16Bit (12Bit ADC).
