Description

My first image on Astrobin! - After weeks of cloudy skies, finally the clouds parted to reveal - the Moon! So rather than waste a clear evening I decided to have a go at using my Altair GPCAM2 290C that I usually use for guiding as a fast frame rate video.

In this image I processed 25% of the frames that I collected from a 1min 4sec video.

Clavius is a 225 x 225 km crater, with a large flat floor and Clavius D C N J and JA on an arc of a circle. Some of the small crater lets in the image towards the bottom of the crater are only 6km across.

I'm new to this, so any helpful comments would be most welcome.
