The Leo Triplet is a group of Galaxies (M65, M66, NGC 3628) thet are about 35 million lightyears away frm us. NGC 3628 (left) ias also called the "Hamburger Galaxy".
The image was shot shot from my suburbian balcony with my 130/910mm refractor and a standard Pentax K3ii camera. The RGB images were shot at ISO 800
In the post processing I split and aligned the channels to reduce the chroma noise and gain more sharpness. I used
63 x 180 s red channel
90 x 180 s green channel
54 x 180 s blue channel
