Description

Closer look at the Heart with my SV125 Access,  an underrated scope for imaging.

Learnings and take aways from this project - Balance is critical. Balance could go off easily in the heavier scopes
Balancing the scope with my heavier guide scope is challenging. Star shapes on day 1 and day 2 of imaging was bad even though I was guiding at 0.6". Star shapes on day 3 and day 4 was round and good enough. However, I couldn't get rid of slight tilt in the image train. With this, I ended up having bad star shapes in Ha compared to Oiii and Sii channels.

Pixinsight processing - WBPP - > EZ processing suite Decon -> Denoise -> Soft stretch -> Channel combination (no formulas) -> SCNR - CorrectMagentaStars -> DarkStructuresEnhance -> Decon -> ACDNR -> Curves
Learning to improve the processing skills. Feedback and suggestions welcome!
