Description

Lying at a distance of approximately 2700 light years in the constellation Monoceros, here is The Cone Nebula (left of centre), The Christmas Tree Star Cluster (top of tree next to cone) and The Fox Fur Nebula (centre). Hubble's Variable Nebula or Caldwell 46 can also be seen Lower left in this image.
