Description

Just after shooting M101, the moon was really bright, it was then impossible to shoot in LRGB but the weather was perfect. I started to check, based on my position, if some nebulas were in my filed and indeed, I noticed the presence of a nebula that I didn't know, The Lion Nebula that   is a very faint emission type nebula in the constellation Cepheus. This Nebula lies at around 10 000 to 12 000 light years. One Wolf-Rayet (RW) star is clearly identified here. On the bottom right, we can also noticed the presence of a small Planetary Nebula (PN G101.5-00.6).

I was really lucky because we had almost  2 weeks of perfect weather giving me the opportunity to shoot a lot even if the nights were very short. I guess that we cannot have everything. I hope that you will like my version.

For the sake of information, the two last nights with OIII filter were done with a ASI 2600MM instead a 1600MM. The gap in huge betwee those two cams.
