Description

The Crab Nebula (M1) is a supernova remnant located in the constellation Taurus. The corresponding supernova explosion believed to have occurred in 1054 and has been recorded by Chinese astronomers.

This image was created by stacking of 49 subframes, 2 minutes each (L -13, R -12, G - 12, B - 12). They were taken on 06-01-2019 at my home backyard at Hapugala - Galle. 30 dark frames and 100 bias frames were used for image calibration.
