Description

I recently bought an Omegon LX3 Minitracker (a wind-up star tracker) to take up to Acadia N.P. This is one of my first images with it. The target clock rate is 135 ticks/minute (I measure with a phone app called Clock Tuner), and I've had no problem getting round stars using my old Canon 40D and a 50 mm lens. I've been shooting 60, 1 minute exposures since the mount runs for 1 hour when wound-up. So far, I usually have to toss the first one or two and the last one or two exposures.
