Je vous propose une image de la Lune du 14 Mars dernier prise au coucher du soleil pendant que la météo s’avérait potable...
Il s'agit d'un nouvel essai de zoom sur un cratère et sa région.. En l’occurrence c'est la région du cratère Endymion qui fut choisit, celle-ci n'est jamais simple à faire et  je ne me rendis compte de la difficulté que pendant les process sur l'image car, à cause de la courbure de la Lune et du rapport F/D de 20 du télescope, la mise au point ne fut pas parfaite dès l'enregistrement vidéo..
D'où cette impression de flou sur l'image que je n'ai pas réussi à résorber .. C'est pas grave , on en apprend tous les nuits ..LOL...
En réfléchissant bien, Ce qui me parait intéressant à montrer sur ces images zoomées, en plus de leur profondeur, ce sont les petits cratères (dits craterlets) nommer avec une lettre majuscule et qui entourent le cratère principal. (Pour info, ces petits cratères peuvent avoir une formation indépendante du cratère principal).
Pour Endymion,  on compte 16 craterlets (A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,J,K,L,M,N,W,X,Y) que j'ai pu positionner sur l'image B grâce au logiciel "Atlas Virtuel de la Lune"..
A vous de les retrouver sur l'image ...
Enfin en arrière plan, une zone peu photographiée est apparu sur mon image, il s'agit de Mare Humboldtianum, une mer peu connue de la face éclairée de la Lune ..

Les vidéos sont de 300s chacune et faite avec le filtre IR642

I offer you an image of the Moon from March 14th taken at sunset while the weather was looking good...
This is a new attempt to zoom in on a crater and its region. In this case it is the region of the Endymion crater which was chosen, this is never easy to do and I did not go there. take into account the difficulty during the image processing because, due to the curvature of the Moon and the F/D ratio of 20 of the telescope, the focus was not perfect from the video recording.
Hence this impression of blur on the image that I have not managed to resolve.. It doesn't matter, we all learn something every night..LOL...
Thinking carefully, what seems interesting to me to show on these zoomed images, in addition to their depth, are the small craters (called craterlets) named with a capital letter and which surround the main crater. (For your information, these small craters can have a formation independent of the main crater).
For Endymion, there are 16 craterlets (A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,J,K,L,M,N,W,X,Y) that I was able to position on the image B thanks to the "Virtual Atlas of the Moon" software.
It's up to you to find them in the image...
Finally in the background, a little-photographed area appeared on my image, it is Mare Humboldtianum, a little-known sea on the illuminated side of the Moon..
