SNG G108.2-0.6 is a very morphologically interesting supernova remnant in the Constellation Cepheus, right next to the Wizard Nebula NGC7380. It was d
iscovered by radio survey in 2007, and has been largely ignored in optical imagery (more on that later). It is thought to be a type 1-B supernova, otherwise known as a 'stripped core collapse' SN. This occurs when a high-mass star that has already shed its outer layers undergoes a core-collapse supernova, the resulting remnant is then devoid of any hydrogen lines since they were all kicked out earlier in the star's life cycle. All that is left tends to be Oiii light (if the SN exists in optical light at all).
We first came to know of SNR G108.2-0.6's optical emission from survey images of the Cepheus area from 2022:
Even with low signal, there was evidently something pretty cool here. It was best suited to a much longer focal length though, so me and my friend
@curtismorgan teamed up and put his DR350 to use for some serious integration time to reveal the SNR. We invested about 65 hours of exposure time, which delivered some great signal at f/3! We decided to give the nebula the nickname "Orb Weaver Nebula" because of the spider web-like shape, and the peculiar circular structures inside the SNR.
This nebula was also recently captured by
@ProjectRegulus, who created the first ever full-color image of the SNR are the same time we were shooting it! He gave it the name Tim's Nebula after his son, so I am including both names for this post. You can find his image

The rest of the image is full of interesting dust clouds, YSOs, and other interesting emission nebulae. My favorite is CPM38, a YSO and water maser in between the SN filaments:
You may also notice the HD216411 bow shock nebula on the bottom right.
