Description

This is a quick session of about 5 hours in data capturing the bubble nebula.  Ha, Oiii, Sii narrow band imaging captured in Hubble color palette.  This little bubble is about 7 light years across and 7100+ light years away from earth.  It’s located near Cassiopeia. The star inside here is about 45 times the size of our sun.  Super hot gas is blowing away from the star so quickly (4 million miles per hour) and it blows any interstellar gas along with it to form the bubble.  This formation was first discovered in 1787 by  William Herschel… and in 10-20 million years is likely to go supernova.
