Six, three minute exposures with the Baader modified Canon 5D with a Canon 17-40mm f/4 L-lens (@40mm f/4 @200 ISO) on a SkyGuider Pro from my back yard.
Cygnus was just rising in the east at local midnight, just after nautical twilight. The image should be rotated 45 degrees counterclockwise to see the real viewing angle, the dark triangle on the bottom left is the garden fence.

I was surprised to catch this much of the Milky Way with this setup in this location (a residential area in a small town).
Even M27, M57 and the Blinking Planetary can be spotted, as well as the Veil Nebula and of course the North America Nebula.
The vertical stripes and blue haze at top left are caused by reflections on the rain gutter of the house.

This image is 70% of the original image, mixed with 30% of an image from which all stars were removed using the STARNET process in PixInsight. This reduced the stars a bit to enhance faint nebulosity.

The professional Canon lens disappointed me, a lot of coma is visible in the corners, closing the aperture a stop didn't help much, so I went for full opening.
