Description

In the heart of the Heart Nebula there is a little cross, surrounded by the open starcluster Melotte 15, localized in the constellation Cassiopeia at a distance of 7500 lightyears.

I had three more or less clear nights after a long period of cloudy nights - a perfect opportunity for HSO-imaging. To be on the safe side for getting the star-colours right I spent one hour for taking RGB-images, too.
