Description

I was able to get this image completed despite all the Canadian wildfire smoke and erratic weather. I realized after I was in the middle of capturing the OIII data that the companion star (HD226868) to the first black hole ever discovered in 1971, Cygnus X-1, is close to the nebula.  It's amazing that you can see the bow shock from the black hole.
